If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the style or fit of them item, we’re happy to accept your return within 30 days of purchasing. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please visit our Damaged, Defective or Incorrect item page and our customer service team will be happy to help.
*Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return. You will need the following information:
- Email the order was made with
- Order number
- Name on the order
*Fan Supply will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and RA number, and your return will be processed within 7-14 days of arrival at our warehouse.
*Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, and do NOT include the original shipping charge. Your refund amount will incur a $7 restocking fee (return shipping + restocking), which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
*Returns beyond 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
*Please note that we do not provide return labels for international orders. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return unwanted item(s) to us. Please be mindful of this fact when placing your international order. If you would like to return all or part of an international order, please use a trackable shipping service, and send your package to the address below.
